This lightweight Vacuum is the best thing I have purchased. Works so much better than a broom. I wanted something for the kitchen so I wouldn't have to sweep and this did the trick. It's thin so you can put it in a broom closet and is always handy. Picks up everything so I can mop and don't have to worry about any dust or crumbs left behind like a broom does. The cord is a little short but it depends on how big the area is if you have to add an extension cord or you can just move the cord to another outlet.
